Vel Mining is a vertically integrated chrome producer — operating open cast mines in Mooinoi, a 60 tph wash plant scaling to 100 tph, and an in-house logistics arm. Our one-year objective is to plug City Deep into full synergy with our Durban port warehouse, completing 90% of the supply chain from ore to client under one operator.

Side-Tipper Haulage
In-house fleet moving ore from Mooinoi to City Deep and Durban port, cutting out third-party markups.
Global Offtake
Established channels into India, China, and broader Asian foundry markets.
